Day 194: Today is a media and rest day. We get up, have coffee and plan our day. We go downstairs at 9:00 and meet Cindy, the manager, to thank her and take a photo. Then we have breakfast. In the room, I sort laundry and Bob gets out his list of media in Saratoga Springs and in Albany, the state capital. I go to the Laundromat and Bob starts making calls.
When I finish the laundry and come back to the hotel, Bob and I go to the store for groceries. We eat and I type the blog. We watch TV but we are tired. It will be an early walking day tomorrow. Today has been a welcome break. At 9:00, we go to bed.
